Our Window Cleaning Process
We clean your windows by hand using a professional mop and squeegee — the most effective way to get a streak-free, crystal-clear finish.
First, we scrub the glass with a soapy mop to loosen dirt, pollen, and grime. Then we pull a squeegee across the glass from top to bottom, removing all the water and leaving nothing behind. Finally, we wipe the edges and sill dry so there are no drips or streaks.
Every visit includes the glass, frames, and sills — inside and out.
We recommend cleaning 2–3 times per year to keep your windows looking great and prevent buildup from etching into the glass.
Screen cleaning
Our screen restoration service applies a professional-grade degreasing solution to break down stubborn dirt, pollen, and organic buildup. We then gently agitate each screen with microfiber brushes before a thorough warm-water rinse. This specialized process doesn't just clean; it helps restore that rich, original black finish and crystal-clear visibility to your window and porch screens.

Spring (April–May)A fresh start after winter. We remove pollen, dirt, and grime that built up over the cold months. Inside and out.
Summer (July–August)Midseason touch-up. We clear dust, bugs, and water spots that accumulate through the warmer months.
Fall (October–November)Pre-winter cleanup. We remove debris and buildup before the cold sets in, so your windows head into winter clean and clear.
